Manifesto

Most of the walls were peeled and cleaned by hand, highlighting the tuff and historic stone. The contrasting materials used are consistent with the history of the place and above all close to the traditions of the area, in a contemporary key. The presence of stone as a construction and finishing material influenced the choices of the project, placing the materiality and essentiality of the materials at the center of the design concept. Having the reuse and protection of the place as fundamental principles, all the design choices made were based on respect and exaltation of the historicity of the place.
